What should I do before I start using it for the first time?

Remove the foam block:
A EPE foam block is hidden in the base tank (bottom tank), which is intended to protect the component of the humidifier during transportation. Please remove it from the base before using the device.

Wait a minute after filling water:
After you fill the upper tank with water and place it properly on the base, please wait 60 to 90 seconds before turning it on, allowing some time for the water to fully enter the base and trigger water level sensor. Note the monitor will report a low water level error (red) before the sensor is triggered.

How do I clean it?

We recommend cleaning both the upper tank and the base tank once a week using clean tap water. Once every month, you may use white vinegar with a soft brush to remove any mineral buildup or scale inside the tanks. The oil residuals in the aroma tray can be easily washed away with soapy water.

Why doesn’t it turn on?

If the monitor indicates a low water level error, you may need to add more water to the upper tank. Please wait 60~90 seconds for the water to enter the base to trigger the water level sensor.
