One-Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty

ZmarKraft ensures that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date via authorized ZmarKraft channels such as Amazon, ZmarKraft store, or www.zmarkraft.shop ("Limited Warranty Period"), provided that the product was used in compliance with the designated instructions and care guidelines in its intended environment and under standard conditions.

Limited Warranty Benefits

During the Limited Warranty Period and subject to this Limited Warranty Policy, ZmarKraft will, at its sole discretion, either (i) refund the purchase, (ii) repair any material or workmanship defects, or (iii) replace the product with another of equal or greater value.

Who Is Covered?

This limited warranty is solely for the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, irrespective of any ownership changes within the specified warranty term. The original consumer purchaser must provide proof of the defect or malfunction and proof of the purchase date to claim the Limited Warranty Benefits.

Please Note: ZmarKraft's support team currently manages after-sales issues online only for orders made through authorized ZmarKraft channels. For products purchased from offline dealers or other sources, please present your purchase voucher to the respective merchant for after-sales support.

Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers

This limited warranty does not apply to products bought from unauthorized dealers or sellers. ZmarKraft's limited warranty exclusively covers products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers compliant with ZmarKraft's quality standards and regulations. Products obtained from an unauthorized source may be counterfeit, used, defective, or not intended for use in your region. To safeguard yourself and your products, ensure purchases are made solely from ZmarKraft or its authorized dealers.

Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear, including parts subject to wear over time (e.g., batteries, filters, cleaning brush, essential oil pads, etc.)
• Altered or illegible proof-of-purchase
• Alterations to the model number, serial number, or production date code
• Modifications to the original product
• Noncompliance with user manual directions and instructions
• Damages from connecting peripherals, additional equipment, or accessories not recommended in the user manual
• Damages or defects due to accident, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or inadequate care
• Damages or defects caused by unauthorized service providers or non-ZmarKraft repairs
• Damages or defects during commercial, rental, or unintended use
• Damages from external factors like animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, transportation, or water
• Incidental and consequential damages
• Damages or defects exceeding the product's cost

Initiating Limited Warranty Service in Five Steps:

1. Confirm warranty coverage within the specified period.
2. Retain a copy of the invoice and order ID or proof-of-purchase.
3. Retain the product and refrain from disposal before contacting us.
4. Reach out to our Customer Support team via “Contact Us” section.
5. Upon approval by our Customer Support team, return the product with a copy of the invoice and Order ID.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZmarKraft, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors shall not be liable for:

(a) Damages exceeding the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the products;

(b) Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of whether advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from tort, breach of contract, or otherwise. ZmarKraft's liability shall never exceed the actual amount paid for the defective product, nor shall it be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

Except as stated in this Limited Product Warranty Statement, ZmarKraft shall not be liable for costs related to the replacement or repair of products, including but not limited to labor, installation, or other expenses incurred by the user, especially those involving the removal or replacement of any product.

Other Rights

Some jurisdictions do not allow for: (1) exclusion of implied warranties; (2) limitation on the duration of implied warranties; and/or (3) exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the disclaimers in this policy may not apply. You retain only the implied warranties expressly mandated by applicable law. The limitations of warranties, liability, and remedies apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Although this limited warranty outlines specific legal rights, additional rights may be available in your jurisdiction. This Limited Warranty Statement is subject to the laws that apply to you and the product. Please review the laws in your jurisdiction to fully understand your rights.

Changes to this Policy

ZmarKraft reserves the right to modify the terms and availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
