FAQ - Essential Oil Diffuser with Fabric Cover and Night Lamp

1. How do I remove the essential oil residuals?

Gradually, essential oils may accumulate inside the tank and cause clogs, which will lead to malfunctions of the diffuser. To remove essential oils, we recommend alcohol cleaning method:

(1) Pour out any remaining essential oil and water.

(2) Use a cotton swab or soft cloth soaked with 75% alcohol to gently wipe the atomizing plate and mist outlet.

(3) Add a small amount of alcohol into the water tank and run the diffuser for 10–15 minutes to dissolve the remaining essential oil.

(4) Then pour it out and allow the tank to air dry.

For limescale buildup, mix white vinegar with warm water (about 60°C) to soak the atomizing head or clean it with a soft brush. Citric acid can be used as an alternative to vinegar.

3. Is it normal that the linengets stains overtime?

It’s completely normal that the exterior linen gets stains or turns yellow gradually due to the nature of the material and accidental spillage of essential oils while you refill the water tank. Please reconsider your purchase decision if this is a major concern for you.

4. How much essential oils do I need in relative to the amount of water I add?

It depends on the size of your room and personal preference. We recommend that you start with a little bit oil and gradually add more to reach an ideal level you are comfortable with.

5. What should I pay attention to when I refill or pour out water?

Please be careful that an air outlet is on one side of the water tank. Avoid pouring water on that side as it may cause complete breakdown of the device. If water accidentally gets into the air outlet, disconnect the device immediately, dry the diffuser in open air space for a few days before using it again.
